Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. If more than 15 days have passed, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

All items sent back to DreamingUs should include the original packaging and all accompanying components. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use a suitable replacement box and protective materials to ensure the item is securely packaged. Return addresses may differ depending on the product and will be clearly stated on the return shipping label.

Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt or other proof of purchase is required to process any return. Please do not ship items directly back to the manufacturer.

Sale Items

Orders placed during promotional or sale events are considered final and are not eligible for refunds or returns, except in cases where the product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email confirming receipt. We will then inform you whether your refund request has been approved or declined.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
